The Dubai Miracle Garden is a garden full of flowers. Trust me, you have never experienced something like this before. It is truly magical. We know how difficult it is maintain even a bunch of plants at our home. With around 50 million flowers, the authorities are doing a fabulous job. It is an example of sheer hardwork and that’s why Dubai has been leading in tourism. They know exactly what the tourists want and how to manage it smoothly. From entrance to exit there are plants and flowers everywhere. You will get to see Elephants, Barbie Dolls, Castle, Emirates Aeroplane and much more. There are multiple sitting points and food joints all around the garden. You won’t feel like leaving the place.
Global Village: Full Of Pavillions
Next, in the evening we visited our last spot i.e. Global Village. It opens at 4 pm. We went around the same time. If you want to experience the culture of multiple countries all at once then you have to visit this place. From carnivals, events, food, concerts, to shopping you will find everything at this place. There pavillions of around 26 countries that display their authentic food, clothing, accessories, and other things. Each pavilion showcases events that reflect their culture. In fact, we got a chance to watch a few of them. There is a central stage in the middle where performers showcase their talent.
If you are travelling with kids there is a gaming section too. With colorful rides, swings, and multiple other things it makes for a must visit place for you. One interesting thing that we noted was there is a machine that takes up plastic bottles and in return it offers rides for free. So plan your bookings with a gap of 3-4 days of your visit to Dubai and collect the bottles for use at the Global Village.
There was a stunt show at around 7 pm that showcased the stunts just like they are planned in movies. From bikes rolling in air to cars moving speed, we saw a lot of stunts. You can instantly buy the tickets for the events inside. After having dinner at one of the restaurants we went back to the hotel. We highly recommend visiting Dubai Miracle Garden and Global Village on the same day.
Return To India
We had an evening flight so we went to the Dubai mall again in the morning. On Day 3, we had tonnes of activities so it was not possible to explore the mall peacefully. So we visited the mall and indeed shopped a bit. After that we had lunch at our favorite place i.e. Govinda’s and went back to hotel.
Further, we took our luggage and went to airport 4-5 hours in advance. After entering the airport, we enquired about the section where we can get the refund of the tax payed on the items we shopped. Unfortunately, all the bills need to be stamped to get back the money. We only had one or two bills with stamp. So it wasn’t much of a benefit to us. You must ensure that each bill is stamped for tax refund by the shop owner.
The trip to Dubai was an amazing experience as VRVS travels made sure we don’t face any problem. From pick up to drop at the Dubai airport everything went well. The drivers were co-operative and good to interact with. You must visit Dubai Miracle Garden and the best time to visit is between October and February.
